Let’s Get Super Good at Chinese!

Chinese is not hard but it requires persistence effort to excel!

Does learning Chinese feel a bit hard sometimes? Do you have so many words to remember that your brain feels full? Don’t worry! You don’t have to study for a long, long time. You just need a smart plan!

You can get better at Chinese in just a little bit of time each day. It’s like being a superhero who trains for a short time but gets super strong!

Here is a fun and easy plan you can try:

Step 1: Learn just a few words.

Don’t try to learn all the words at once. That’s too much! Pick just 3 to 5 new words to learn. Read each word, find out what it means, and look at how it is written.

Memory Tip! Think of a little story or picture in your head for each new word. This helps your brain connect the new word to something you already know!

Step 2: Make up your own sentences.

This is the fun part! Use the new words you just learned and make up your own sentences. You can be creative!

Memory Tip! When you write a word, your hand helps your brain remember it better. This is called active learning, and it makes the word stick in your memory for a longer time!

Step 3: Read your words out loud.

Find the words you learned today in your storybooks or school book. Read them out loud with a strong voice!

Memory Tip! When you say a word out loud, you are using your eyes and your ears. Your brain loves to learn from different things at the same time! This is multi-sensory learning.

By doing these three easy steps every day, you will feel more confident about Chinese. You are not just learning—you are training your brain to be super smart! You can do it!
