Official notice for SEAB (Singapore examination board) is that PSLE results will be out Tentatively between 21 November 2019 and 25 November 2019.
I recap the last few years PSLE result release dates and
on 2018, it is on Thursday (22 November);
on 2017, it is a Friday, 24 November;
On 2016, it is on Thursday, 24 November;
on 2015, it is on Wednesday (Nov 25).
So I can guess the date being properly a Wednesday or Thursday or Friday so 21th Thursday is highly possible follow by 22th Friday. the rest of the days most properly not possible.
